What We’re About
If you find something you love and make a living doing it, you’ll never work a day in your life. I learned to catfish from my Pawpaw. When I was a kid, he would take me to the dam in Granbury, TX and I would watch him closely to learn everything I could. He was the greatest fisherman I knew. I have fished my entire life and learned from the best. I started guiding part-time 20 years ago while I was also pastoring a church. Since then, the Lord has blessed me with a new ministry as a fishing guide full time. Everything I do, I do to honor Him!
Our Mission
The Mission of Creator’s Guide service is to honor my Savior Jesus Christ. Fishing is a way for me to help minister to those in need by getting away from the pressures of life for a few hours. I use fishing to bond with my clients and give them a reason to relax and laugh. My goal is to show Jesus to every person who steps on my boat, so when they step off, they feel valued, important and loved.
Statement of Faith
We believe that Jesus is the only Son of the almighty God himself. We believe he was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life for the sole purpose of dying for the sins of the world. We believe he rose from death after 3 days and now reigns in Heaven with God the Father. It is also our belief that Jesus Christ is THE ONLY way to be saved from sin and go to Heaven. We believe Hell is a real place and was not meant for mankind but for Satan and his followers. However, we also believe that those who choose not to trust in Jesus Christ as Lord will be choosing an eternity in Hell. As for those who trust in Christ, He will come one day and take them to Heaven where they will live with Him for eternity.
Our Equipment
We will fish out of a 2025 state of the art 24ft. Blazer Bay fishing boat. It is powered by a 300 HP Yamaha motor. State of the art electronics, Whisker Seeker rods and equipment.
